The Bullard Group is becoming the BayWalk group. Already operating Gratzzi Italian and Ammazza Pizza Cafe in the downtown entertainment complex, Bullard next will open Banbu, an Asian-themed restaurant in the space formerly occupied by Dish. Banbu, set to open in January, will use the Dish concept, but will be a bit more upscale. Banbu will offer an all you can eat mongolian grill with tons of high quality protein that will include lamb, grouper, premium seafood, large selection of tender cuts of steaks, marinated pork, seasoned chicken, fresh salad bar, plenty of sides, special sauces, and much more. You will also be able to enjoy a fine dinning experience and order specialty foods from their five star menu with tons of exceptional Asian dishes to choose from.
